I would like to take this opportunity to extend my sincere thanks to everyone, for the exceptional support provided to us.
I’d like to take this opportunity to announce our business results of FY2009.
The corporate environment, reflecting the economic situation at home and abroad, remained severe and under such circumstances, Nagano JRC group worked on many reformation activities, such as production structural reformation, with the aim of establishing a solid company structure, capable of maintaining profit even in such a situation. As a result we were able to make profit consecutively, in this fiscal year. However, due to existing accumulated deficits, we have decided to forgo dividends to our shareholders for this term. We regret having to make this decision and appreciate very much your understanding of this situation.
Although this severe corporate environment is expected to continue, we, based on our mid-term business plan “Innovate NJ 2011”, with the vision “Partnering to add New Values to your business”, will continue to strengthen corporate activities for maintaining stable growth and profitability, and activities for creating customer value and will continue making dedicated and endless efforts to raise our corporate value.
