- Incorporated in Nisshinbo Holdings Inc., as its consolidated subsidiary.

- Nagano Japan Radio Co., (HK) Ltd. established Shenzhen NJRC Technology Co., Ltd. as its wholly-owned subsidiary in Shenzhen, Canton, China.

- Accepted an investment from Japan Radio Co., Ltd. in order to the expansion of overseas production.

- Acquired ISO/TS16949 certification, the standard for quality management systems for automotive production.
