Nagano Japan Radio Co., Ltd. established in Nagano City, Nagano Prefecture.
Jan. 1950
Entered into the communications equipment field in support of the Radio Agency, Japan National Railways and other governmental bodies as well as Japan Radio Co., Ltd.
Oct. 1951
Launched production of transformers.
Aug. 1957
Entered into power supply device field with the development of a transistor-based power supply device.
Sep. 1966
Launched production of electronic equipment, such as telemeters, dam control systems and digital terminal station equipment.
Jun. 1977
Entered into Office Automation field, beginning with production of facsimile machines.
Dec. 1986
Entered into the automotive components field with the winding technology of transformers.

Established Naganichi Butsuryu Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary, to expand its packing and shipping capacity.

Established Nagano Japan Radio Engineering Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary, to expand development of software.
Mar. 1995
Established Nagano Japan Radio Co., (HK) Ltd., the first wholly-owned overseas subsidiary, for local procurement/production and product sales.

Company shares become open to public on the stock exchange.

Acquired ISO 14001 certification, the standard for international environmental management systems. Oct. 1998 / Established Nagano Communications Sales Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary, to engage in sales of cell-phones.

Nagano JRC listed in the 2nd section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange.

Established Nagano Business Service Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary, to outsource indirect jobs. Jul. 2003 / Restructured 5 domestic subsidiaries out of 7 into 2 companies.

Started to produce production machineries.

Incorporated in Nisshinbo Holdings Inc., as its consolidated subsidiary.

Nagano Japan Radio Co., (HK) Ltd. established Shenzhen NJRC Technology Co., Ltd. as its wholly-owned subsidiary in Shenzhen, Canton, China.

Accepted an investment from Japan Radio Co., Ltd. in order to the expansion of overseas production.
Mar. 2015
Acquired ISO/TS16949 certification, the standard for quality management systems for automotive production.
Mar. 2016
Became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Japan Radio Co., Ltd. and delisted the second section of Tokyo Stock Exchange.
