Utilizing the special winding technology and structural design technology we have cultivated over many years, we propose unique products that are optimal for your needs.
■Modules (X in 1)
This is a module product that integrates multiple functions and parts into one. Our module products are not just "the integration of multiple general parts" but are also made "smaller and thinner" by using "precision automated stacking technology" for copper coils and advanced i"nsert molding technology". This contributes to reducing the total cost by making our customers' equipment more compact, improving assembly, and reducing the number of parts.
Eg: Transformer + resonant coil, transformer + smoothing choke coil, smoothing choke coil + noise filter coil, etc.

■Transformers
They play a role in voltage conversion in DC/DC converters, on-board chargers (OBC), AC inverters, motor inverters, etc. We provide small, low-loss transformers by optimally combining "ferrite magnetic materials" and "winding structures" according to the customer's application and required performance.

■PFC coils
They play a role in improving the power factor in OBC. Our PFC coils use metallic magnetic materials with high saturation magnetic flux density and are wound uniformly by automatic winding machines, allowing us to provide high-quality coils that are small and have high dimensional accuracy.

■Smoothing choke coils
In DC/DC converters and OBC, it is mainly responsible for smoothing (shaping) the output waveform. We propose the most suitable magnetic material, either metal or ferrite, depending on the performance required by the customer. In addition, we use an automatic winding machine developed in-house for winding, and provide high-quality coils with high dimensional accuracy, mainly using edgewise coils for DC/DC converters and toroidal coils for OBCs.

■EMC noise filter coils
They play a role in suppressing and removing noise in DC/DC converters, OBC, etc. Our EMC coils use high-permeability ferrite or nanocrystalline alloys for common mode noise countermeasures following the performance required by the customer, and the windings are uniformly wound using our in-house developed toroidal automatic winding machine. Thus you can expect high dimensional accuracy and high impedance performance over a wide bandwidth. In addition, we mainly use ferrite for normal mode noise countermeasures, and can also handle complex busbar coil shapes.
